From a meeting, team building, to a wedding party, afterwork, baby shower and so much more. Our large city garden makes the ideal location to organize events, private and corporate parties in a green and casual environment with the conscious choice of healthy and (h)honest cuisine by Alix or others. Job Description
As a Flexi employee with us, you will provide exclusive dining experiences in an intimate and personal setting. You will work in a small setting, where quality and attention to detail are important. You can work alone or in a small team of two, depending on the size of the group and the specific wishes of the guest. You will be responsible for creating an atmospheric ambiance and making our guests feel at home while enjoying a culinary
evening. You switch effortlessly between the various tasks of host : reception, service, pouring and preparing drinks, answering questions, etc. Your goal is to give each guest the fine dining experience with a personal touch and the comfort of a private environment.
About the tasks
- Table setting and getting everything ready for the rest of the evening (aperitifs, coffee, tea, etc)
- Welcoming guests and ensuring a warm welcome
- Creating a personal atmosphere appropriate to the private dining experience
- Taking orders and professionally serving food and beverages
- Flexibly responding to guests’ needs and ensuring a personalized approach
- Communication with the kitchen for well-tuned service
- Cleaning up and closing the room

- You are proactive, mature and can resolve unforeseen situations independently
- You have a good eye for detail and understand what it takes to create a welcoming atmosphere
- You are communicative and honest
- Order and hygiene are of paramount importance to you
