Haddock with beetroot, turnip and crispy capers OR Sweet potato filled with confit duck, celeriac and wild garlic oil OR Tagliatta di manzo with carrot cream and smoked sesame oil (tagliatta supplement +€6.60 p.p.)*
Salad: Fresh tricolor cauliflower with southern salsa and pickled red onion OR Roasted parsnips with mint and bresilienne*
Warm vegetable dish: Jerusalem artichoke gratin with almond and lemon OR Spicy leek rolls with tomato sauce and Parmesan tuiles*
Oven-roasted baby potatoes with herbs and garlic
Panna cotta van donkere chocolade met honing en viooltjes OF Clafoutis van gele en rode pruimpjes met kruidige chutney*
from €89.40 per person, including drinks package (from aperitif to coffee)
* One choice for entire group, subject to seasonal offerings.
The menu can be adapted/expanded with additional dishes (starter, more extensive aperitif or dessert, etc.).
Dinners can be arranged in the living room restaurant or on the covered terrace at the rear of the mansion. For the Salon and the party garden with its heated greenhouse, there is an additional charge for the venue.
The kitchen caters to dietary requirements. A vegetarian menu is available, as well as a special offer for children (€29.40).
