‘Catch-of-the-day’ (fish) with sauce vierge & fresh herbs OR southern mini meatballs with ricotta, green herbs and spicy tomato sauce OR tagliatta di manzo with rocket, balsamic vinegar and parmesan (tagliatta supplement €6.50)*
Salad: broad bean salad, radishes, preserved lemon, pickled red onion and green tahini sauce OR spicy cauliflower with raz-el-hanout, roasted pumpkin seeds and fresh coriander*
Warm vegetable dish: tian of summer vegetables with fresh herbs OR pointed cabbage and potato gratin with Gruyère*
Oven-roasted baby potatoes with herbs and garlic
Cookie cake with mascarpone, strawberries, berries and elderflower OR Passion fruit parfait with meringue
€87.50 per person, including drinks formula (from aperitif to coffee)
* One choice for entire group, subject to seasonal offerings.
The kitchen takes dietary requirements into account. A vegetarian menu is possible, as well as an adapted offer for children.
