We have three rooms:

DELUXE on the first floor

CLASSIC on the second floor, left side at the top of the stairs

SUITE on the second floor, right at the top of the stairs
KEYS
You will find your keys on the inside of the door in your room.
There are 2 keys: one for the room and one (red) for the glass door downstairs in the kitchen.
Please make sure that this door is always kept closed.
If another guest or cleaning has accidentally locked you out, you can use the code to open the key safe at the kitchen entrance.
You will find a spare key in the key safe. Please put it back immediately after use.
MAPS & CITY GUIDE
In the kitchen you will find all kinds of information about our fantastic city, museums, walking tours and maps.
Through the website www.visit.gent you can discover restaurants, cafes, stores and more but we are also very happy to share our personal tips!
PARKING
There is no private parking at our location.
However, you can use paid on-street parking (Monday to Friday from 9am to 7pm, free on Sundays)
or park at the nearest Gent-Sint-Pietersstation or Sint-Pietersplein parking lots.

HONESTY BAR
In the kitchen you will find an honesty bar with alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
Feel free to take something and note your consumptions on the list with your name and date.
Everything will be settled at check-out. Coffee and tea are included in the room rate and do not need to be noted. Cheers!
LIGHTING
For your convenience in using the light controls in your room:
- The lower right button turns on all the lights.
- The lower right button turns off all lights.
In the kitchen, leave the LED strip on at night.
HEATING
We have an air heating system with one temperature setting for the entire building.
Please do not adjust it without our permission.
In addition, you can leave the door between the kitchen and the hall open for better air circulation.
When the door is closed, there may be a whistling sound.
TOILET
Downstairs in the hallway is an additional toilet.
