How do I get in?
Entering B&B Chambre d’Amis is done through the garage door on the street side (Kortrijksesteenweg 206, 9000 Ghent). In the garage door is a door of normal size. You can open this door with the code we gave you.
Then continue to the end of the garage, walk around the terrace with the pebbles, on your left you will find the old coach house, in which the B&B is located. The video at the bottom can help you further to find your way easily. The entrance to the B&B is part of a large window.
Next to the entrance door of the B&B, a key safe hangs on the wall. Using the same number code, you can get the key from this key safe to open the entrance door. Do you put this key back afterwards, so other guests can use it too? In your room you will find your own key for this entrance door.

We have three rooms:
DELUXE on the first floor
CLASSIC on the second floor, left side at the top of the stairs
SUITE on the second floor, right at the top of the stairs
You will find your keys on the inside of the door in your room.
There are 2 keys: one for the room and one (red) for the glass door downstairs in the kitchen.
Please make sure that this door is always kept closed.
If another guest or cleaning has accidentally locked you out, you can use the code to open the key safe at the kitchen entrance.
You will find a spare key in the key safe. Please put it back immediately after use.
In the kitchen you will find all kinds of information about our fantastic city, museums, walking tours and maps.
Through the website www.visit.gent you can discover restaurants, cafes, stores and more but we are also very happy to share our personal tips!
There is no private parking at our location.
However, you can use paid on-street parking (Monday to Friday from 9am to 7pm, free on Sundays)
or park at the nearest Gent-Sint-Pietersstation or Sint-Pietersplein parking lots.

In the kitchen you will find an honesty bar with alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
Feel free to take something and note your consumptions on the list with your name and date.
Everything will be settled at check-out. Coffee and tea are included in the room rate and do not need to be noted. Cheers!
For your convenience in using the light controls in your room:
In the kitchen, leave the LED strip on at night.
We have an air heating system with one temperature setting for the entire building.
Please do not adjust it without our permission.
In addition, you can leave the door between the kitchen and the hall open for better air circulation.
When the door is closed, there may be a whistling sound.
Downstairs in the hallway is an additional toilet.
